Year One Plan Launched: Our Vision for 2026

After months of preparation, relationship-building, and prayer, Rising with Melodies officially launches its Year-One Business Plan — a comprehensive roadmap guiding our first year of structured music education in Trujillo, Peru.

Our Goal: 50–75 Students

We are committed to serving between 50 and 75 students in Year One, providing structured piano and music theory instruction to children living in orphanages, displacement centers, and underserved communities in Trujillo.

What the Plan Includes

• Structured weekly piano and music theory lessons
• Curriculum aligned with international music standards
• Teacher training and support for local educators
• Scholarship pathways for every enrolled student
• Community outreach to identify and enroll vulnerable children

Why Trujillo?

Trujillo is Peru's third-largest city and home to a significant population of children living in poverty and institutional care. Our founding partners and on-the-ground volunteers have built deep relationships in this community — making it the ideal home for our first program.

The launch of this plan is not just a document — it is a commitment to every child who will sit at a piano for the first time. We are rising. And we are just getting started.
