In September 2025, Leyden Turbomachinery Corporation (LeydenTC) provided the founding investment behind an unproven initiative: funding the first piano for a small group of children in Trujillo, Peru. That single contribution has since grown into a full music school and a live virtual English-as-a-Second-Language (ESL) program serving 20 students.
In November 2026, Rising with Melodies (RWM) plans to open a second hub in Iquitos, Peru, with a target of reaching 20 to 40 additional vulnerable children in a region that is also central to Peru's energy and industrial corridor.
Formalizing this partnership provides LeydenTC with a verified, on-the-ground Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) presence in a region where community investment increasingly factors into operator tender reviews, while extending a relationship LeydenTC was instrumental in establishing. This proposal outlines how the partnership would function in practice and the value it returns to LeydenTC.
Major energy operators across the Americas β national oil companies and multinational majors alike β increasingly weigh a contractor's local Social License to Operate (SLO) and community-investment record during technical tender reviews. ESG and local-content criteria are a growing factor in these evaluations, and a documented, measurable community partnership is one of the clearest ways a contractor can demonstrate it.
| Client Challenge | RWM Partner Solution |
|---|---|
| ESG scorecards required for energy-sector tenders | Turn-key, measurable socio-economic impact metrics (see How We Measure Impact) |
| Social friction and operational delays in South American energy corridors (e.g., Loreto, Peru) | Verified community presence and educational programming in key industrial hubs (Trujillo and Iquitos) |
| High cost of regional technical recruitment in Latin America | Virtual ESL and digital literacy programs building a long-term local talent pipeline |
LeydenTC is a Texas-based firm with more than 30 years of experience in compressor controls and automation β widely regarded as one of the most capable consulting firms in the field, with deep experience serving global oil, gas, and process automation clients across the world. In Peru specifically, LeydenTC brings a long-established presence in the country's energy sector, with projects spanning Camisea, Melchorita, and La Pampilla β a track record that gives real weight to any ESG commitment it makes in-country. RWM's own footprint sits in a different part of that same national map: Trujillo, on the northern coast, where RWM has operated since 2025, and β with the Iquitos hub planned for November 2026 β the Loreto region, home to Peru's northeastern oil corridor. Formalizing this partnership gives LeydenTC a documented ESG presence in a part of Peru's energy geography adjacent to its established projects β a natural extension for a company with LeydenTC's depth of market knowledge, and one that positions it well should its work expand into the north or northeast.
RWM's model is built for measurable youth development and repeatable, scalable impact:
Looking ahead, RWM is evaluating Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) enrichment as a future program pillar once its Peru hubs reach a stable, self-managed footing β a natural fit given LeydenTC's own technical and engineering focus.
Every claim in this proposal is backed by data RWM already tracks:
These figures roll up into the co-branded Annual ESG Impact Summary provided to corporate partners (see Commercial Return for LeydenTC), so LeydenTC's contribution is represented by real, current numbers rather than a one-time claim.
Following the operational success in Trujillo, RWM is replicating its dual-pillar model in Iquitos, Loreto β a region defined by both geographic isolation and strategic industrial importance to the energy sector.

On pricing: specific investment levels will be discussed with LeydenTC once there is interest in moving forward β this proposal is meant to outline the framework of an agreement.
Multi-year option: any tier can be locked in for 2β3 years, with naming rights extended across both the Trujillo and Iquitos cohorts for the term β simplifying budget planning for LeydenTC and giving RWM a stable funding base through the Iquitos launch.
Why this tier: reflects LeydenTC's founding role in RWM's history and its standing as an established industry partner β open to adjusting based on LeydenTC's CSR budget.
Extending the Partnership to LeydenTC's Network β LeydenTC's core specialization in compressor controls and process automation is typically delivered alongside a broader network of subcontractors and partner companies providing the complementary services that keep gas and oil transportation operating reliably. LeydenTC is welcome to introduce RWM to these partners, who may sponsor independently at any tier above, extending the same ESG credentials and cause-marketing benefits to their own businesses.
Beyond a financial commitment, LeydenTC's team can engage directly with the program:
These options build support for the partnership across LeydenTC's network, not only with whoever approves the sponsorship budget.
Phase 1 β Formalization & Agreement (Weeks 1β2)
Finalize the partnership tier and execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU); deliver LeydenTC's Founding Partner digital badge and social asset kit.
Phase 2 β Platform Co-Branding & Trujillo Support (Weeks 3β4)
Deploy the LeydenTC logo on the student portal and classroom materials; issue a joint press release highlighting current student achievements (20 students enrolled).
Phase 3 β Iquitos Launch Integration (OctoberβNovember 2026 β Planned)
Procure e-learning hardware and musical instruments for the Iquitos facility; open enrollment for 20β40 new students in the Loreto region.
Phase 4 β Annual ESG Reporting & RFP Support (Ongoing)
Issue semi-annual ESG Impact Reports for LeydenTC's client proposal attachments.
Rising with Melodies invites LeydenTC to build on our shared history and formalize this partnership. Together, this expands access to music and English education for vulnerable children across Peru, while translating LeydenTC's community investment into a documented ESG record it can put to work in its own business development.
As a further step, we would welcome LeydenTC's team to join a live virtual classroom session in Trujillo; direct observation of the program offers a more compelling case than any written report.
Proposed action: schedule a 30-minute alignment call to review sponsorship tiers and finalize the partnership ahead of the November 2026 Iquitos expansion.
This receipt documents the founding gift of Rising with Melodies β the very first piano purchased in Trujillo, made possible by LeydenTC, and the origin of everything this partnership has grown into since.
